 Show Synopsis: When Marshall (Jason Segel) asks his girlfriend Lily (Alyson Hannigan) to marry him, Ted (Josh Radnor) realises that he wants to find the woman of his dreams, when he meets Robin Scherbatsky (Cobie Smulders) who he thinks is his perfect woman, but destiny & his friend Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) might have something different in mind. Character: Marshall Eriksen, a Lawyer. He works at Goliath National Bank to earn money for him and his wife Lily’s future and to help pay off Lily’s credit card debt. His ultimate goal in becoming a lawyer is to work at a law firm that works to save the environment. Status: Filming Season Five (airing in 2009-2010 television season).
